Bulk Orders & Bundles

Are bulk orders available? Yes!  Please contact us if you would like to request a bulk order of basswood blocks or spoon blanks at a discount.

Can I make my own bundle? Yes, if we don't have the right bundle for you listed, please contact us with the specific quantity of blocks and sizes (Reg - 25 x 25, Large 50 x 50) and we will prepare a quote for you.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? We are based in Auckland, New Zealand. All orders are processed and dispatched directly from our local facility to ensure quality control.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: We typically process and pack orders within 1–2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Standard shipping within New Zealand usually takes 3–5 business days.

Do you provide tracking information? Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey.

Do you ship internationally? No, we currently only ship within New Zealand.

 

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer POLI, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at shop@woodcarvery.nz within 4 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make changes.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition. Please see our full Refund Policy for details on how to start a return.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged? Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at shop@woodcarvery.nz so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
