Refund policy

If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, please contact us ASAP via email to shop@woodcarvery.nz. We will review and offer a refund or exchange if appropriate.

To be eligible for a return:

1. You must provide proof of purchase.
2. The product must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
3. The product must be in its original condition, with original packaging and labels.
4. The product must not have been used.

Important:

• Please check your parcel for any damage before signing for it, as no claims for damage can be made after signing.
• All parcels are shipped with "Authority to Leave" instructions. Wood Carvery NZ is not liable for any missing or stolen parcels once delivered; it is at the receiver's risk.
