Shipping policy

Nationwide shipping rate of $10 for Non Rural addresses, $15 for Rural.

Orders are typically prepared for shipping same day but may take up to 2 business days to process.

A tracking number for your parcel will be provided once the order ships.

Parcels containing knives will require a signature to confirm delivery.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@woodcavery.nz within 24 hours with details and photos of the damage.  See our refund and returns policy for more information.
