This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Wood Carvery NZ ("Wood Carvery", "us", "we", "our") and you, the user ("you", "your", "user").

By accessing and using woodcarvery.nz or woodcarvery.co.nz (the "Website"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this Agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Description of Service

Wood Carvery NZ is an online retailer of wood crafting supplies. We provide users with access to the sale of wood crafting supplies from our online inventory.

User Conduct

Pricing and Availability

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars but exclude delivery costs, which will be automatically added to the total amount due at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent an order confirmation.

Products Out of Stock and Backorders

We try our best to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, but there may be occasions when something is out of stock. If this ever happens, we will contact you as soon as we can, we will advise the lead time for new stock to arrive if you wish to wait, or you can change your order to something else so we can dispatch your order immediately. If neither is possible, we will provide you either a store credit for the value of the purchase or a full refund.

Refunds and Returns

We comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for more information.

Age Restrictions

You must be 18 to purchase knives from our store. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage to any use of the Website, or reliance on any of the products or services provided by Wood Carvery NZ.

Wood Carvery NZ is the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for the resolution of any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
